Shipping
All orders are shipped from our facility in Zionsville, Indiana. We typically have a 1-2 business day timeline for handling and shipping; however, this may be impacted by inclement weather or peak shopping time around the holidays.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will provide a return label and issue a refund based on the condition of the returned product(s) as follows:

For a 100% refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging, unopened, with seals intact or unbroken.

For orders placed in error or refused orders, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be charged if we are not notified within the 7 calendar day return window.

If the product(s) have been opened, we will deduct a processing fee equal to 50% of each returned product’s purchase price.

Any refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment unless store credit is requested. There is no benefit or detriment to either refund option.
Damaged Products
For any product that has been damaged during transit, please send an email with a description of the damage to orders@sincerelysavors.com. In your email kindly include photos of the damaged product, interior packaging, and the shipping box with label visible. Replacements will be shipped using the the shipping method selected on the original order.
