We prepare and ship all orders with care to ensure your bottles arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within - 3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier and sometimes, weather conditions.
We currently only ship within the United States.
If you do experience any issues with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out: we’re always happy to help.
Returns
Because each bottle is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or not quite right, please reach out within seven (7) days of delivery at szndsavors@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
